How are you??

If you answered ‘Great!’ chances are you’ll live longer. A Swiss study has found that thinking positively increases your well-being and life expectancy and generally makes your life much more enjoyable.. So try not to moan about every niggle or turn that headache into a ‘splitting migraine’.  Your body (and your colleagues!!!) will thank you for it! Go for it!! Think positively and you will ooze positivity… So once more.. ‘How are you??’
